Is your silver really 925?
Yes. Every piece we sell is solid 925 sterling silver, stamped "925" on the piece itself. We do not sell silver plated or silver coated base metal, and we never describe plated jewellery as silver.
What stones do you use?
It depends on the piece, and we always tell you. Every product page lists exactly what that design is set with, whether that is aqeeq, feroza, neelam, zamurd, topaz, lapis, peridot, pearl or zircon. Whatever is named is what you receive.
What do you offer?
Rings, mens rings, earrings, pendants, lockets, nose pins, bracelets, bangles, anklets, chains, and matching sets, all in 925 sterling silver.
Care & Sizing
How do I care for sterling silver?
Silver naturally darkens over time. Keep your pieces in a dry pouch away from humidity, put jewellery on after perfume and hairspray, and polish gently with a soft silver cloth. Avoid dipping stone set pieces in chemical silver cleaners.
How do I find my ring size?
Measure a ring that already fits you, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure the length in millimetres. If you are between sizes, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
Ordering & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery takes 2-3 working days to major cities and 3-5 working days elsewhere in Pakistan. Pieces made or sized to order may take a little longer, and we will tell you before dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently deliver across Pakistan only. If you are ordering from abroad for a family member here, that is no problem, just enter their local delivery address at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
